UPSC IFS 2021: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is going to be going to organize UPSC IFS 2021 (Indian Forest Service) Exam to recruit candidates for the post of Indian Forest Services Officer.
The commission will conduct the exam in two major phases namely Civil Services Examination (Preliminary) and Indian Forest Service Examination (Main). After qualifying the Civil Services Examination (Preliminary), candidates are going to be allowed to appear in Indian Forest Service (Main) examination.

UPSC IFS 2021 Application Form:
Candidates can apply for the UPSC IFS exam 2021 through online mode only. Interested candidates should visit the official portal of Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) i.e. www.upsconline.nic.in and apply for the Civil Services preliminary examination. Complete the online registration for both parts i.e. part 1 registration and part 2 registration as per the prescribed format. They also got to pay the necessarily applicable fee within the part 2 registration.
UPSC IFS 2021 Application fee:
Candidates need to deposit Rs. 100/- as applicable Application Fee through SBI debit card, credit card, internet banking or via SBI challan. Candidates from SC/ST or Female category are exempted from paying the applying fee.
UPSC IFS 2021 Eligibility Criteria:
Aspirants got to satisfy the prescribed eligibility criteria before appearing in the exam. The UPSC IFS Eligibility criteria are as follows:
Candidates should be the citizen of India or belong to Bhutan or Nepal,
Tibetan immigrants who came in India before 1 January 1962 for the intention of settling here permanently also can apply
People of Indian origins who have migrated from Burma, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, East African countries of Kenya, the United Republic of Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Zaire, Malawi, Vietnam, and Ethiopia also can apply.
Aspirants should have done graduation with one of the subsequent subjects i.e. animal husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Geology, Zoology, and Statistics.
Candidates who have done graduation in Agriculture, Forestry, or Engineering from a recognized state or central university can also eligible to apply.
The age of candidates should lie between 21 years and 32 years
There will be also 5 years of age Relaxation given to candidates belonging to the SC/ST category.
UPSC IFS 2021 Exam pattern:
The UPSC IFS exam is going to be held in two stages i.e. Civil Services Examination (Preliminary) and Indian Forest Service Examination (Main). The examination scheme for both the exams is given below:

UPSC IFS 2021 Admit Card:
Applicants who have completed the registration process successfully are going to be issued admit cards online through the official website. Candidates are going to be able to obtain their admit card before three weeks of the commencement of the preliminary exam. Applicants are advised to bring the admit card while appearing within the examination center at the time of the exam.
UPSC IFS 2021 Result:
The commission will release the results of the IFS exam 2021 at the official website of UPSC within the PDF format. they have to enter their name or roll number to check their result.
