UPSC CMS 2023 Application Form:

CMS 2023 Application Fee Details:
Male candidates belonging to the general or OBC category required to submit Rs 200/-
Female/ ST/ SC/ PH candidates are going to be exempted from paying any application fee.
Mode of Payment: Candidate can make payment through modes like Visa Card/Master Card/RuPay Credit/Debit Card or Net banking. you’ll also pay through cash in any of the branches of State Bank of India.
UPSC CMS 2023 Eligibility Criteria:
Candidate can apply for UPSC CMS 2023 is he/she meets the subsequent requirements:
Candidate must be the citizen of India, a citizen of Bhutan or citizen of Nepal.
The Tibetan refugees came to India prior to 1st January 1962 for a permanent stay that can apply for the examination.
People of India origin who migrated to India from countries like Zambia, Burma, East African Countries of Kenya, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Vietnam, Uganda, Zaire, Zambia, Ethiopia or the United Republic of Tanzania can apply for the examination.
Candidate shouldn’t be exceeded to 32 years aged as on 1st August 2023. There’ll be age relaxation to the aspirants belonging to the reserved category.
Candidates are required to clear both written also as the practical part of the final MBBS exam.
Those who are in their final year of the MBBS program also can apply for the examination.
UPSC CMS 2023 Exam Pattern:

Part – 1 are going to be Computer Based Test which can be commenced through online mode. This examination comprises of 500 marks. there’ll be 2 papers consisted of 250 marks each. The examination duration is going to be 120 minutes. there’ll be 240 questions overall. Questions are going to be objective type. One-third marks assigned to the questions are going to be reduced when any answer is going to be wrong.

General Medicine consisted of 96 questions.
Paper 2 consisted of Gynaecology & Obstetrics with 40 questions.

Part 2 is going to be a personality test and people who clear Part 1 are going to be moved for a personality test.

Syllabus of Paper 1:
General Medicine Includes Topics like Cardiology, Respiratory diseases, Genito-Urinary, Endocrinology, Hematology, Vaccines preventable diseases and Non-vaccines preventable diseases, Neurology, Metabolic disorders, Gastro-intestinal, Vitamin Deficiency Diseases, Emphasis on medical procedures, Pathophysiological basis of diseases, Critical Care Medicine, etc.
Pediatrics Includes topics like recognizing children with special needs and management, Common Childhood Emergencies, Basic Newborn Care, National Programmes associated with Child Health, Normal Developmental milestones, Accidents and poisonings in children, Birth defects and Counseling Including Autism, Immunization in children, etc.
Syllabus of Paper 2:
Wounds, General Surgery comprises of topics like Cysts/sinuses, Blood Vessels, Head and Neck, wall, Infections, Cysts/sinuses, Spleen, Peritoneum, Bile, Breast, Liver, Pancreas, Thoracic Surgery, alimentary canal, Ophthalmology, Medicolegal and ethical problems with surgery, etc.
Gynaecology & Obstetrics Includes Topics Like Ante-Natal Conditions, Abortions, Intra-Uterine growth retardation, Post-natal conditions, Conventional contraceptives, Intra-natal conditions, Medical Termination of Pregnancy, U.D., and oral pills, etc.
Preventive Social and Community Medicine includes topics like Knowledge of maternal and child wellness, Management of common health problems, Concept of Health, Disease and medicine, the Ability to watch national health programs, Environmental Health, Genetics, and Health, etc.
UPSC CMS 2023 Admit Card:
Download the admit card via the official website of UPSC. This card is going to be released 20 days before the examination date. Admit cards will contains information like date, venue, and time of the examination. If a candidate fails to download the admit card successfully, then confirm to contact UPSC authorities. This card is compulsory to carry because it isn’t possible to enter within the examination hall without admit card.
