Indian Army Pay Scale after 7th Pay Commission:

Fixed Stipend for Cadet Training:
Stipend to Gentlemen or woman Cadets throughout the whole period of coaching in service academies i.e. throughout coaching period at IMA and OTA is Rs 56,100/-p.m.
On successful commission, the pay within the Pay Matrix of the Officer commissioned shall be fixed in 1st Cell of Level ten and therefore the period of coaching shall not be treated as commissioned service and arrears on account of admissible allowances, as applicable, for the coaching period shall be paid to cadets.

Transport Allowance (TPTA):
Higher TPTA Cities (Rs. Per month): Rs. 7200+DA on it.
Other Places (Rs. Per month): Rs. 3600+DA on it.

(a) Higher Tpt Cities (UA). Hyderabad, Patna, Delhi, Ahmadabad, Surat, Bengaluru, Kochi, Kozhikode, Indore, larger Mumbai, Nagpur, Pune, Jaipur, Chennai, Coimbatore, Ghaziabad, Kanpur, Lucknow, Kolkata.
(b) The allowance shall not be admissible to those service personnel who are supplied with the facility of government transport.
(c) The allowance won’t be admittable for the calendar month(s) whole covered by leave.
(d) Physically disabled service personnel can still be paid at double rate, subject to a minimum of Rs. 2250 + DA.

Children Education Allowance:
Rs. 2250/- per month per child for 2 children solely CEA is admittable from Nursery to twelfth classes.
