NDA 1 2023 Application Modification & Withdraw has been Started from 18th – 24th January 2023. NDA 2023 Registration for Session 1 has been extended till 12th January 2023 through online mode. For Session 2, registrations will start on 17th May 2023. UPSC conducts NDA/NA Examination (National Defence Academy/Naval Academy). This exam recruits the eligible candidates in Indian Defence Forces (Indian Army, Air Force, and Indian Navy).
The exam will be held twice a year in – April & September and qualified applicants will be offered admission to the Indian Military, Indian Navy, and Indian Air Force. Important Instructions for withdrawal of Application
Candidates are advised to provide the details of the registered application with the registration-id which was completed and submitted finally. There is no provision for withdrawing incomplete applications.
Before making the request for withdrawal, the candidate must ensure the availability of a registered mobile number and email-id as provided while submitting the application. The request will be accepted only after the confirmation by validating the OTP details sent on the candidate’s mobile and email, such OTP will be valid for 30 Minutes. In case the OTP is not received within 10 Minutes resend option is also available. Request for generating OTP for withdrawal of application will be accepted only till 5.30 PM on 24-01-2023.
If the Candidate has submitted more than one application form then the higher registration-id for the latest completed application will be considered for withdrawal. All earlier applications will be treated as canceled automatically and a message informing withdrawal of application will be delivered on the registered mobile and email.
After the final acceptance of the request for online withdrawal of application the candidate must print the authenticated receipt. Once the application is withdrawn by the candidate, it will not be revived in the future.
UPSC has no provision to refund any fee amount paid by candidates so even in case of successful withdrawal of application the fees will not be refunded.

On successful completion of the withdrawal of the application, an auto-generated email and SMS will be sent on the candidate’s registered email id and mobile respectively. In case the candidate has not submitted the request for withdrawal of application he/she may contact UPSC on email-id – [email protected]
Candidates are advised not to share OTP received on email/SMS with anybody.
NDA 2023 Application Form:
Steps to fill the NDA application form 2023:
Visit the official website or go for the “Direct Link” provided above.
Choose the desired exam and click on ‘Part I Registration.
Fill in all the required details like Name, Fender, DOB, etc.
Choose branch preference.
Verify the details entered in NDA 2023 application form.
Select I agree/I don’t agree.
An email regarding the registration details is going to be sent to the candidate’s registered email address.
Print the pay-in-slip during this part to pay the application fees through offline.
Take the printout of Part 1 by clicking on the ‘Print Application Part-I’ tab.
Click the Part-II registration button to pay NDA application fees.
Pay the application fee (as given within the next section).
Select the centers for written examination from the given lists of exam cities.
The next step is to upload the scanned photograph and signature.
Agree to the declaration given at the bottom of the application page and submit the form.
NDA 2023 Application fee:
The candidates need to pay Rs. 100/- as application fee (except SC/ST/ Sons of Junior Commissioned Officers/ Non-Commissioned Officers/ ORs candidates).
The candidates pay the application either through online or offline mode. For offline mode, they will pay the fee in any branch of SBI. For offline mode, the fee is often paid using the net banking of SBI/ State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur/ State Bank of Hyderabad, State Bank of Mysore, State Bank of Patiala, State Bank of Travancore OR by using Visa, Master Credit/Debit card.
The candidates who want to pay the fee through “Pay by Cash” got to print the system-generated payment receipt during Part-II registration & deposit it at the counter of the SBI branch.
NDA 2023 Documents/Details Required:
Payment details.
Personal, qualification, guardian, and communication details.
Valid Email ID and Mobile Number.
Scanned photograph with 140 pixels height x 110 pixels width. a picture should be in jpg format and also the image size should be between 3kb to 40kb.
Scanned signature. The signature should be made with a black ink pen on white paper. The image should be in jpg format and meet the 110 pixels height x 140 pixels width dimensions. Image size should be from 1KB to 40kb.

NDA 2023 Eligibility Criteria:
Nationality:
The applicants must be Indian citizens or a topic of Bhutan/Nepal/Tibetan refugees who came to India before 1st January 1962 to become a permanent residents of India.
Educational Qualification:
For Air Force & Naval Wings of National Defence Academy & for 12th Cadet Entry Scheme at Indian Naval Academy– The applicants should have cleared 12th standard or equivalent examination with Physics & Mathematics from any state education board or university.
For Army Wings of National Defence Academy– The applicants should have cleared the 12th standard or equivalent examination organized by any State education board or university.
The applicants who are appearing within the 12th standard or equivalent also can apply for NDA.
Physical Standards:
The applicants must be physically fit as per the guidelines set by the National Defence Academy & naval academy examinations.
The applicants who have resigned or withdrawn on disciplinary grounds from any of the training academies of armed forces aren’t eligible to apply for NDA.
