CDS Exam 2019: CDS full form is Combined Defence Services (CDS) examination is an entrance through that young men and ladies will be part of any of the 3 wings of the Indian Defence Services such as Indian Army, Indian Air Force or Indian Navy. CDS Application Process 2019:
Applications for CDS examination are invited on-line, and candidates can apply through the UPSC on-line official web site. The commission doesn’t settle for applications sent through the other mode. Candidates are suggested to use well before the last date of the CDS applying form submission method to avoid last moment rush.
How to Fill CDS (I) Application Form 2019:
Go to https://upsconline.nic.in/.
Click on ‘ONLINE APPLICATION FOR varied EXAMINATIONS OF UPSC’ link.
You will see 2 components of the registration method. Candidates are needed to finish both the components to finish the registration method.
Start with Part-I of the registration. Click on the link and continue the method.
After finishing the Part-I registration, you may receive a valid registration ID.
Now, move to Part-II of the registration. part II registration includes uploading scanned pictures of Signature and Photograph, paying the applying fee, choosing the examination centres, etc.
Re-check all the data before creating the final submit.
After flourishing submission of your applying form, an auto-generated confirmation mail are going to be sent to your registered email id.
CDS Application Fee:
The application fee for the examination is ₹ two hundred solely.
Reserved class candidates (SC/ST) and all feminine candidates needn’t pay any application fee.
Candidates will pay the fee through each on-line and offline mode. For offline mode, deposit the fee in money at any branch of SBI. For on-line mode, pay the fee using internet banking facility of SBI and its associate banks, or through Credit/Debit card.
Please note that the applying fee is non-refundable.
CDS Exam 2019 Eligibility Criteria:
Nationality Criteria:
The candidates should be an Indian national. OR
A subject of Bhutan. OR
A subject of Nepal. OR
A Tibetan refugee those who had return to India before first July 1962 to become a permanent resident of India. OR
A person of Indian origin those who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire or Vietnam to become the permanent resident of Republic of India. If an someone belongs to classes 2,3,4 then he/she should have obtained the certificate of eligibility that has been issued by Govt. of India. Gorkha subject to Nepal will need to acquire the certificate of eligibility.
Marital Criteria:
For Indian military academy, candidates ought to be- single
For Indian naval academy, candidates ought to be- single
For Air Force Academy, candidates ought to be- single until twenty five years
For Officers training Academy candidates ought to be- Married or single
For Officers training Academy (SSC girls Non-Technical courses)- widowed or unmarried
Educational Qualification Criteria:
For Indian military academy, the candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
For Indian naval academy, the candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology from a recognized University or equivalent.
For Air Force Academy, the candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology from a recognized University OR degree from a recognized university with Physics as subjects.
For Officers coaching Academy, the candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
For Officers training Academy (SSC girls Non-Technical Course), the candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent.

UPSC CDS Exam 2019 Selection Procedure:

CDS Exam Pattern 2019:

UPSC CDS Exam Center 2019:
