AFCAT (1) 2022: Result (Declared), Score Card, Admission Process

AFCAT (1) 2022 Result has been Declared on 9th March 2022. AFCAT stands for Air Force Common Admission Test. AFCAT is a national-level defense examination for recruiting the various posts of Indian Air Force like a commissioned officer in Flying, Ground Duty (Technical), and Ground Duty (Non-Technical). Every year the Indian Air Force conducts the AFCAT examination held double during a year February AFCAT-I and Sept AFCAT-II and the official notification always releases within the months of December and June, respectively.

AFCAT Eligibility Criteria 2022:

Flying Branch:
Candidates should have mandatorily passed with a minimum of 50% marks each in Maths and Physics at 10+2 level and
(a) Graduation with minimum three years degree course in any discipline from a recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent.
OR
(b) BE/B Tech degree (Four years course) from a recognised University with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent.
OR
(c) Candidates who have cleared Section A & B examination of Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India from a recognised University with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent.

Ground Duty (Technical):
Candidates with a minimum of 50% marks each in Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level and a minimum of four years degree graduation/integrated post-graduation qualification in Engineering/ Technology from recognized University OR cleared Sections A and B examination of Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers (India) or
Aeronautical Society of India or Graduate membership examination of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers by actual studies with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent in the following disciplines:-

Ground Duty (Non-Technical):
Administration& Logistics.
Passed 10+2 and Graduate Degree (Minimum three years degree course) in any discipline from a recognised university with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent or cleared section A & B examination of Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India from a recognised university with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent.

Accounts Branch.
Passed 10+2 and done graduation in any of the following streams with 60 % marks or equivalent from a recognized university:-
(aaa) B. Com Degree (Min three years course).
(aab) Bachelor of Business Administration (with specialization in Finance)/ Bachelor of Management Studies (with specialization in Finance)/ Bachelor of Business Studies (with specialization in Finance)
(aac) Qualified CA/ CMA/ CS/ CFA.
(aad) B.Sc. with specialization in Finance

AFCAT 2022 Application Form:

The interested and eligible candidates can submit AFCAT I Application Form 2022 within the month of December 2019. The application form can available by on-line mode at the official web site of the Indian air force. Before going to submit their online application form candidates should read the eligibility criteria.

Candidates ought to enter their personal and educational details in an online form. The application form can release double in a year however submit just one application at a time. After completion of the application, the method candidates should take the printout of the confirmation page.

How to fill AFCAT Application Form 2022:

Download the official notification and read the instruction rigorously before going to apply.
If candidates are eligible then access the Apply on-line link.
Candidates ought to register 1st to fill the application form.
If candidates are already registered those can log in with entering registration ID and password.
Fill all personal and education details within the on-line application form.

AFCAT 2022 Application fee:

After filling in the online application form, the examination fee of Rs. 250/- (non-refundable) for AFCAT entry (not applicable for NCC special entry) may be paid online through the ‘Make Payment’ step on the main menu of
the online application. No cash or cheque or demand draft (DD) will be accepted towards payment of examination fee. The examination fee can be paid using credit/ debit cards/ net banking through the payment gateway.

AFCAT 2022 Exam Pattern:

The examination Time period are going to be 02 hours.
The number of queries can contain by Question paper is a hundred.
There will +3 marks for every correct answer.
-1 Negative Marking can every incorrect answer.
The question paper can divide into 4 sections (Verbal ability, Numerical Ability, General Awareness and Reasoning, and Military aptitude).

AFCAT 2022 Admit Card:

The Authority can release the Admit card twenty days before the examination.
The eligible candidates can get their e-admit card through on-line mode. The various link of admit card is going to be sent to the registered email IDs of candidates.
The admit card is going to be issued at www.careerindiaairforce.cdac.in.
There is no offline mode to dispatch AFCAT Admit Card 2022.
To download the Admit Card, a candidate must enter his/her username and password.

AFCAT 2022 Selection Procedure:

The selection procedures are going to be conducted by recruitment authority on the basis of the entrance test performance and AFSC test. The candidate who can select in both examinations with qualification criteria that candidate can invite for the third round i.e medical test (final round).

AFCAT Result 2022:

The result is a final output of candidates. The result is going to be prepared on the basis of marks scored by the candidates in AFCAT entrance tests 2022. The authority can declare the result at the AFCAT official website. The Candidates who are short-listed within the merit list of Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT / EKT) are going to be called for more testing at one among the Air Force Selection Boards (AFSBs).

Allotment of Centres.

As far as possible, candidates will be allotted centres as per their choice. Candidates should note that no request for change of centre/ date/ slot will be entertained. Therefore candidates should exercise due care before deciding date/ slot of his/ her choice for the centre for the examination before filling the form. In case of any eventuality, the AFCAT exam centres may be cancelled. In this scenario alternate centres would be provided to the affected candidates. No representation would be entertained in this regard and decision of the IAF would be final.
