Notice Meteorology IAF 2016 – 2017 | July 2017 the Course. Indian Air Force (IAF) invites applications from Indian citizens and adventurous entrepreneurs (men and women) and the Citizenship Act 1955 for the following courses from July 2017 to grant the Committee of Standing / Directorate of the meteorological short. (B) 201 / 17G / SSC / M & W (short Administration Commission for men and women)
20-26 years that the 1 July 2017 ie born between February 1991 and July 1st July 1997 (inclusive)
Qualifications: Graduate in any stream Science / Mathematics / Statistics / Geography / Computer Applications / Environmental Sciences / Applied Physics / Oceanography / Meteorology / agricultural / Meteorology Ecology and Environment / geophysical biology / environmental with a minimum 50% marks in their entirety all the documents together (mathematics and physics provided were studied at graduation with minimum 55% marks at once).

Compensation and Benefits: – Flight attendants have the right to pay in salary band of Rs 15.600 to 39.100 per month and the level of remuneration, Pay military service Dearness Supply, Kit credit, transport allowance. In addition, other uses are applicable depending on the nature of the obligation/duty travel location and include the assignment field area, special compensation (Hill area) Provision, Force special grant, Provision Siachin, Isla Special duty, difficult area supply and safety of distance. On successful completion of the training, newly commissioned flight attendants would be entitled to bring the gross monthly salary of the General Directorate of Meteorology, including transport Provision major cities Rss 66.738 / -.
Advantages: – In addition to payment and allowances, civil servants are entitled to furnish, full accommodation of medical coverage for self and dependents, travels the country to grant leave (60 days per year and 20 days casual) without prejudice to the demand for services, the provision of law rations, bar and restaurant officers and many more.
Insurance: – Rs. 50 lakh insurance cover (the contribution) applies to service agents.
Physical standards:
(A) Size and Weight: Minimum height: Men – 157.5 cm, Women -152 Cms correlated with weight.
(B) All other medical criteria would be assessed by the medical authorities of the Air Force whose decision would be given in the final form.
Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called to the test in one of the selection committees of the Air Force (AFSBs) in Dehradun, Mysore, Gandhinagar, Varanasi or Kanchrapara. The test consists of two steps: –
(A) Phase I consisting of intelligence tests and other tests will take place on the first day. I-Step Test is a screening test and that those who qualify would be subjected to further tests. All applicants will be subject to verification of documents in order to determine eligibility for the General Directorate of Meteorology. Candidates who either do not qualify for Phase I trials or do not meet the required eligibility criteria would be sent on the first day itself.
(B) Phase-II A test including psychological testing, group, and the interview will be held on the following days (four days).
How to Apply: Eligible candidates must complete the application in the prescribed format and submit the same to the POST BAG NO. 001, Nirman BHAWAN CORREOS, New Delhi 110 106 only by regular mail. Super-clerk cover mailing envelope with ‘REQUEST FOR METEOROLOGICAL FIELDS BRANCH from July 2017.
The application must include the following: –
(A) an addressed envelope (size – 23 x 10 cm) with Rs 27 / – Stamp.
(B) Two recent color photographs unattested similar to stick on the application form.
The deadline for receipt of application is 07.16.2016. The last date for receipt of applications from candidates who send their requests for Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep and Minicoy, Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, Tripura, Nagaland and Mizoram Islands – 23/07/2016.
